BEEKEEPING

Our hives are located in a pristine area of the Southern Alps. Our hard-working honeybees forage amongst the high country stations with flowers of manuka, multiflora and honeydew. This makes our honey harvest pure without the pollutants associated with intensive agriculture practices.  

Currently, with over 1,000 hives distributed around the Mount White Station, we are growing our beekeeping operation to support and utilize the full potential of the species-rich environment of Mount White station, with the beehives having star views of the backcountry. 

 With a team of full-time beekeepers and an ever-expanding beehive number, the future of Mt White Station honey is very exciting.
