All goods should be inspected on delivery and any claims in respect to damage must be made in writing within 3 working days of the goods being delivered.
Any defect products must be notified in writing within 14 days of the goods being delivered.
We accept returns for up to 30 days of purchase.

If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. We offer COURIER DELIVERY within New Zealand on all orders. The shipping cost is calculated at check out.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?Orders are packed on Monday - Wednesday each week and you can expect to receive your goods within 5-7 working days of having placed your order.
