Farm Manager
Sam Radford
Sam leads Mt White Station’s farming operations with a practiced hand, shaped by a lifetime of land management and working with livestock. His connection to agriculture and his love of animals has been fostered since growing up on a farm and continues to shape his approach to farming such an iconic property with a rich history.
With a belief in strong teamwork, Sam leads with trust, encouraging responsibility and confidence in his staff. He takes real satisfaction watching his team grow in skill and capacity, carrying forward the legacy of the station.
Resilient and resourceful, Sam thrives on problem-solving any challenges farming the station brings, and is driven by continual improvement, eager to increase production across all areas of the farm.

Honey Manager
Dan Adams
Dan brings over two decades of extensive technical experience and insight into Mt White Station’s honey operations, across all stages of the honey-making process. He has a deep respect for the craft and landscape that makes it possible.
His role blends leadership and hands-on field work, allowing him to develop strong practical knowledge of the operation and the needs of the beekeeping team. With a collaborative leadership style, Dan consults in his team, valuing their opinions and ensuring cohesion within the honey-making operations.
Always looking for a challenge, Dan is passionate about new product development and is focused on building Mt White Station’s honey into something he can be proud of for years to come.

Tourism Manager
Kyla Nitschke
Kyla leads the tourism operations at Mt White Station with a deep understanding of the property’s culture, rich heritage, and how all three pillars work together to share this place with the world.
With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, typically in remote locations, Kyla excels at leading guest experiences end-to-end, bringing a forward-thinking and agile approach to ensure excellence in execution. Having worked across many areas of the station, she is passionate about sharing Mt White Station’s story with every visitor, making stays genuine and connected with the land.
Committed to growing Mt White Station’s tourism operations, Kyla understands the importance of authentic, sustainable experiences, that are deeply connected to the station’s legacy.
