All goods should be inspected on delivery and any claims in respect to damage must be made in writing within 3 working days of the goods being delivered.
Any defect products must be notified in writing within 14 days of the goods being delivered.

Orders are packed on Monday - Wednesday each week and you can expect to receive your goods within 5-7 working days of having placed your order.
